CEO Message

We've considered “Being a Reliable Partner for Our Customers”
as our primary value and goal since our establishment in 1980.

Since our establishment, alongside the sales of semiconductor devices, electronic components, and electronic equipment, we've often worked together with our trusted customers to understand and help solve their daily challenges. In some cases, we've also been entrusted to handle product development on their behalf.
Responding to the needs of our customers has expanded our business scope, and we now handle everything from the sale of Electrical Components to manufacturing. Regarding our business partners, we have about 200 companies, encompassing suppliers of products as well as outsourced design and manufacturing.
For adapting to the rapidly changing market environment, We see “Quick Reaction to New Customer Needs” as cornerstone of sales.
We will continue to strive as a company that meets the needs of our customers while being environmentally conscious, uniting our employees towards that goal.

Our core is in the sale of electronics-related products, yet we provide a wide range of services, including board design to equipment manufacturing, ensuring we can be of assistance to our customer’s various needs.

Our History

Established in 1980 as a semiconductor and electronic component distributor, we are a member of the Kokusai Group, founded in 1962 as an automotive parts trading company.

1962Established Kokusai Group in Iida City, Nagano
1980Kokusai Electronics Corporation was established in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku,Tokyo
1981

Established a Sales Office in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture
1983

HQ has relocated to Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo
1989

HQ has relocated to Kudankita, Chiyoda-ku,Tokyo
1992

At the 30th anniversary of the Kokusai Group's founding, a new office building was constructed for the Iida sales office in Nagano.
2005

At the 25th anniversary of our founding, the Iida sales office was renamed to Iida Branch.
2006

We obtained ISO 14001 certification.(both HQ and branch)
2012

Established a sales office in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture.
2022

42nd anniversary of establishment(60th anniversary of establishment as group)
2023

HQ has relocated to kudankita,Tokyo with New Office.
2024

A new subsidiary, Vision Board Co., Ltd., was established, and the equipment manufacturing and sales division became independent.
