Reliability Assessment

When sourcing from the market, there are risks of 'aging' and 'counterfeit products.' In cases of suspected defects, we can conduct inspections tailored to your requirements.

X-ray Inspection

With a 0.4μ focus for high resolution and high contrast, it is possible to observe fine junction conditions, breaks, and short circuits that are not visible in normal X-ray inspection. Additionally, the CT function allows for three-dimensional imaging of solder joints and observation of individual layers.

Visual Inspection

This Inspection is conducted to generally understand the occurrence of defects. It allows observation of shapes, markings, scratches, discoloration, and other features using physical and optical microscopes to ensure that there are no discrepancies compared to the standard product from various angles.

Destructive Testing

This inspection enables the observation of internal structures, chip pattern layouts, logos, and wire bonding with package opening. Additionally, detailed internal observation can be conducted using a low vacuum scanning electron microscope (SEM).

Chemical Analysis

Elemental analysis using EDX (Energy Dispersive X-ray) is possible. Qualitative analysis allows you to determine the composition ratios of elements present, based on X-ray spectrum data.
